Hey ladies,
Today's question in the Girl Behind the Nails Challenge: "Your current relationship"
Currently I am single and not looking. I came out of a relationship before Christmas and I really am not wanted to get into one any time soon. When the rose-coloured glasses came off from my last relationship, I realized that I wasn't as happy as I thought it was. If it was a happy relationship, I wouldn't have always been feeling like I had done something wrong because the other person was taking out there bad mood on me when I was just trying to be there for them. I'm happy being by myself and since the breakup, my health and social life has improved so I'm not complaining. I have so many other things on my mind for the future that I don't need the complications that a relationship brings.
There is a joke in my family that I am in a relationship with my dog, Diesel because I devote most of my time to his training. I'm trying to help my mother learn to handle him as I have surgery planned after April and I it will take a bit of time for recovery when I won't be able to walk him myself. With him being five months and already 20kg and my mother only being a tiny person, I need her to be in control of him so he doesn't run a muck.
The next person who comes along, if they do, has to be a dog lover and understand my makeup and nail polish obsession.
If love comes along that's great, but at the moment I am happy being by myself.
